The role
As full-time Senior Marketing Manager in Jordan, you will be reporting to the CEO and leading our marketing efforts and drive growth through strategic planning and execution.
As a Senior Marketing Manager focusing on leading marketing efforts , you’ll be responsible for:
Develop and Execute B2B Strategy:
Build a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy to increase the number and quality of inbound leads
Collaborate with sales and lead generation teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals
Measure and optimize B2B marketing campaigns for ROI and lead quality
Leverage digital marketing channels such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email marketing to reach B2B audiences
Develop and Execute B2C Brand Strategy:
Build a strong B2C brand identity and messaging framework
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive consumer engagement and conversions
Manage social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships
Analyze consumer behavior and preferences to inform marketing strategies
Utilize digital marketing channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, and Google Ads to reach B2C audiences
Marketing Execution:
Develop and manage marketing budgets and forecasts
Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals (or work independently, depending on the company structure)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success
Measure and report on marketing performance using key metrics (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, ROI)
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Use data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaigns
Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate marketing effectiveness
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
Qualifications
*Experience:* 8+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B and B2C digital marketing
Fluent in Arabic and English
Digital Marketing Expertise:
Proven experience with digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Experience with data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Skills:
Strategic thinking and planning
Campaign execution and management
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
*Industry:* Experience in the technology industry is a plus
