The role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage core finance operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting activities, managing accounts payable, handling payroll processing, preparing monthly financial reports, supporting tax filings, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and support audit-related work.

This role requires strong accounting fundamentals, operational experience, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening qlub’s finance operations as we continue to scale globally.

What you will be driving:

• Full-cycle accounting responsibilities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end close
  
• Management of accounts payable, vendor reconciliations, and timely invoice processing
  
• End-to-end payroll processing, including salary preparation, attendance validation, benefits adjustments, and coordination with HR
  
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  
• Support in UAE tax filings, including VAT submissions and related compliance documentation
  
• Maintenance and accuracy of accounting data within Microsoft Dynamics ERP
  
• Assistance in internal and external audits through schedules, reconciliations, and required documentation
  
• Monitoring and strengthening accounting controls to ensure data integrity Supporting cash flow monitoring, financial analysis, and management reporting
  
• Working cross-functionally to streamline finance processes and improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Fluency in English is essential
  
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, payables processes, and tax compliance
  
• Hands-on experience with payroll processing
  
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics ERP
  
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadline
