The role

We’re seeking a driven and technically adept POS Integration Specialist to own and execute our growth strategy.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end technical integration with our restaurant partners, ensuring a seamless connection between the Qlub platform and their Point-of-Sale systems.

This role requires a minimum of 1 year of hands-on expertise with Oracle Micros Simphony, along with a proven ability to manage complex technical projects and provide exceptional client support. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Qlub’s expansion, working closely with our partners to deliver frictionless guest experiences and empower restaurants to thrive.

As a POS Integration Specialist focusing on technical execution and client success, what you’ll be driving:

• Executing integrations and providing support to our clients and internal teams in resolving POS related issues

• Handling complex scenarios, documenting solutions, and effectively providing dependable and timely resolution to all product related technical issues

Qualifications

• Good Communication skills

• Experience with various Point-of-Sale systems/applications and solutions, minimum 1 year expertise with Oracle Micros Simphony

• Project documentation and technical analysis

• Detail focus and strong organizational skills

• Adaptability, strong work ethic and professionalism in challenging situations

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software/applications, to handle and resolve a variety of incidents effectively
