The role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Mobile Engineer to join our dynamic team.

This role requires strong expertise in mobile development across IOS and Android platforms. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping qlub’s expansion, working closely with cross-functional teams and partners to deliver frictionless guest experiences and empower restaurants to thrive.

As a Senior Mobile Engineer, focusing on developing and maintaining scalable, high-performing mobile applications.

What you’ll be driving:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to define app features

• Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance app functionality

• Handle push notifications, in-app notifications, and user-specific alerts

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

• Identify and fix bugs; perform code reviews and maintain code quality

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information technology, or a related field

• Fluency in English is a must

• 4+ years of professional experience in mobile app development using React Native

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript

• Experience with integrating maps and location services (e.g., Google Maps, Mapbox)

• Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or Context API

• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries

• Knowledge of native build tools like Xcode and Android Studio

• Experience with real-time data handling using Web Sockets

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools like Fastlane or Bitrise

• Experience working on delivery, ride-sharing, or logistics platforms

• Knowledge of native iOS and Android development is a plus

• Experience with push notifications (e.g., Firebase Cloud Messaging, OneSignal)

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and teamwork

• Strong entrepreneurial spirit - you want to build something big and have a measurable impact on your efforts
