The role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who combines craft excellence, customer obsession, and strong product thinking. This role goes beyond producing beautiful screens. We are looking for a designer who deeply understands users, thinks about product impact, and contributes to shaping where the product should go. The ideal candidate combines exceptional attention to detail, strong product intuition, and hands-on execution speed, while using modern tools and AI to design, prototype, and test ideas rapidly.

What you'll be driving:

Craft Exceptional Product Experiences

• Designing intuitive, elegant product experiences

• Maintaining very high quality standards in visual and interaction design

• Paying meticulous attention to micro-interactions, usability, and design consistency

• Ensuring the product maintains a coherent and high-quality design language

Prototype & Iterate Rapidly

• Build low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes (with or without AI)

• Use prototypes to test ideas quickly and validate design decisions

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to iterate rapidly

• Treat prototyping as a core thinking tool, not just a presentation artifact

Build and Evolve Design Systems

• Designing reusable components and patterns

• Maintaining consistency across products

• Collaborating with engineers to ensure design systems are implemented effectively

Deeply Understand Users

• Conduct user research and usability testing

• Run structured surveys and customer interviews

• Use usability testing platforms to validate designs

• Engage directly with users both online and in real-world environments

• Study customer journeys to identify friction points and improvement opportunities

Use Product KPIs

• Understanding key product and growth metrics

• Considering how design decisions influence conversion, engagement, retention, and adoption

• Using data insights to guide design improvements

Stay Curious About the Market

• Study competitors and adjacent products

• Analyze both direct and indirect competitors

• Explore best-in-class products across industries

• Continuously gather inspiration and insights from the broader product ecosystem

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing digital products

• Experience in both B2C and B2B products (B2C experience strongly preferred)

• Experience designing products for marketplaces, superapps, platforms, or multi-sided ecosystems is highly valuable

• Strong experience with prototyping, usability testing, and design systems

• You believe that details matter, and you care deeply about the quality of the final product experience.

• You have a strong sense of design quality and craft and consistently maintain a high bar for user experience and visual execution.

• You are comfortable using AI-powered tools and modern design technologies to accelerate your workflow and create prototypes quickly.

• You also help mentor other designers in adopting modern design workflows.

• You don’t just design screens—you think about how the product should evolve and contribute ideas about where the product should go.

• You enjoy talking to users, observing their behavior, and learning from their experiences.

• You move quickly, iterate often, and are comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments.

Portfolio Expectations

Your portfolio should demonstrate strong product thinking, attention to detail, and real impact, not just visually attractive screens.

• End-to-end product design work, from problem discovery to final implementation

• Examples of prototyping and rapid iteration (low-fidelity and high-fidelity)

• Evidence of user research or usability testing informing design decisions

• Work involving complex product environments such as marketplaces, superapps, platforms, or multi-sided ecosystems
