The role
We’re seeking a driven and proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Operations Intern to own and execute our growth strategy in Qatar. You will be responsible for supporting our merchant onboarding processes, assisting daily operational workflows, and ensuring merchants have a seamless experience using qlub.
This role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and a passion for technology and the F&B industry. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping qlub’s expansion, working closely with our partners to deliver frictionless guest experiences and empower restaurants to thrive.
As a Operations Intern focusing on onboarding, training, and operational excellence, what you’ll be driving:
Work hours 2:00pm to 10:00pm
Supporting the operational onboarding process for new F&B merchants onto the qlub platform
Assisting in coordinating and delivering training sessions to ensure merchants fully utilise qlub’s services
Helping build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, assisting with their queries, and optimising their platform usage
Collaborating with the operations and product teams to share valuable merchant feedback and contribute to service improvements
Monitoring platform integrations and reporting on merchant usage
Conducting research, preparing reports, and analysing industry trends to support decision-making
Providing administrative and operational support to the Merchant Success & Operations team as needed
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business, Operations, Hospitality, or a related field
Fluency in English is a must
Understanding of merchant onboarding processes, operational workflows, or F&B industry dynamics (one or more of these is beneficial)
Experience in customer-facing roles, operations, support tasks, or working with technology platforms (one or more of these is beneficial)
