The role
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Specialist who will play a key role in growing qlub+ and supporting qlub’s broader marketing initiatives.
This role is focused on executing marketing campaigns that drive consumer engagement and restaurant growth. You will manage digital campaigns, communication journeys, and performance tracking across multiple channels including WhatsApp, email, social media, and paid digital marketing.
You will work closely with growth, sales, product, and partnerships teams to launch campaigns that drive member acquisition, restaurant traffic, and brand awareness.
What you’ll be driving:
Execute consumer marketing campaigns for qlub+ across channels such as WhatsApp, email, social media, and in-app communications
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
Build and manage customer communication journeys including onboarding, engagement, and retention flows
Run A/B tests across messaging, creatives, offers, and channels to continuously improve campaign performance
Analyze campaign data, user behavior, and funnel metrics to identify growth opportunities
Track, report, and optimize KPIs such as acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention
Support restaurant campaigns and promotions that drive footfall through qlub+
Coordinate with sales and partnerships teams to support restaurant marketing activations
Manage social media, influencer collaborations, and content initiatives
Conduct market and competitor research to improve campaign strategy
Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus
Experience running digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels
Strong understanding of marketing analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization
Familiarity with email marketing, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Strong execution, organization, and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
