The role
We’re seeking a driven, structured, and proactive Performance & Strategy Associate with strong business acumen and a genuine interest in the hospitality industry to own and execute our growth strategy.
You will be responsible for owning and scaling key performance initiatives on an ongoing basis, supporting additional initiatives as they mature, and managing a selected portfolio of inactive accounts by leveraging performance tools to diagnose issues and drive reactivation.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping qlub’s expansion, working closely with our partners to deliver frictionless guest experiences and empower restaurants to thrive.
As a Performance & Strategy Associate focusing on performance and adoption, you will :
Own and scale performance initiatives (e.g. incentive program for waiters) end-to-end
Support and operationalize new initiatives as they mature
Manage selected inactive or underperforming accounts, identifying blockers and driving reactivation
Work with data, dashboards, and performance tracking to monitor impact and identify improvement opportunities
Coordinate closely with Operations and Product teams to resolve blockers and improve adoption
Qualifications
Relevant business degree (or other relevant degree)
Fluency in English is a must
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Interest in the hospitality and restaurant industry
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Open to fresh graduates or early-career profiles
