The role
We are looking for Business Development Managers to help accelerate qlub’s growth across the UAE. As one of the key faces of the business, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing leading restaurant groups and independent operators, building a strong pipeline and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment. You will work directly with founders, operators, and senior decision-makers, helping some of the region’s most recognized hospitality brands modernize their guest experience. What You’ll Be Doing
Build a strong pipeline of restaurant, hospitality, and F&B prospects across the UAE.
Source new leads through your network, market research, referrals, field visits, and outbound activity.
Identify decision-makers and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement.
Lead meetings, product discussions, proposals, negotiations, and follow-ups with potential partners.
Use market knowledge and sales data to prioritise opportunities and improve conversion.
Work closely with Operations & Onboarding to ensure new partners launch smoothly.
Stay close to the accounts you close, supporting early adoption and identifying growth opportunities.
Share useful market feedback, competitor insights, and client needs with the wider team.
Keep CRM and pipeline updates accurate, structured, and up to date.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in sales, business development, account management, or partnerships.
Strong understanding of the UAE restaurant, F&B, hospitality, payments, POS, or fintech market.
A strong network of restaurant owners, operators, or hospitality decision-makers is highly valuable.
Confidence managing the full sales cycle and working towards ambitious targets.
Commercial mindset with the ability to understand client needs and position solutions clearly.
Comfortable using CRM tools, sales data, and pipeline reporting to manage performance.
Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
A relevant business degree is preferred, but strong commercial experience is more important.
