The role
qlub is scaling fast across markets worldwide, and we look for people who take real ownership of their work. As our next Operations & Design Intern, you'll help drive our growth in Qatar: building, shipping, and delivering results from day one. You'll work closely with operators and partners to turn frictionless payments into real growth for restaurants. If you thrive in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment, this role is for you.
What you'll own
Own the end-to-end creation and updating of digital menus for our restaurant clients — accurately and on time
Deliver design requests including QR stands, table displays, and promotional materials that meet brand and quality standards
Support smooth day-to-day operations through administrative and back-office tasks that keep the team moving

What you'll need
Proficiency in design tools such as Canva & Adobe Creative Suite
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Nice to have
Experience in menu management, content management systems, design coordination, or administrative operations
Experience in payments, fintech, hospitality tech, or a high-growth marketplace
